Marcucci Heating and Air Conditioning has proudly served the Bay Area since 1952. Formerly known as R&R Marcucci A-C, Heating & Sheet Metal, we’re a family-owned and operated business with over 12,000 customers and a reputation for going the extra mile. After Mario Marcucci’s retirement, longtime team member Ralph Schletter acquired the company, carrying forward the same commitment to quality, integrity, and personalized service.
From day one, we’ve believed in doing things the right way — not the fastest way. Our leadership team stays hands-on with every project, ensuring each service call is completed with care, attention to detail, and lasting results. Meet the Owners
Ralph Schletter, Owner/President
I’ve been in this line of work for over 40 years and have been a licensed contractor since 2005. I love owning this company and getting to work with a great team, along with the amazing customers and contractors we partner with. I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have been married to my wife for over 36 years. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, fishing, and traveling.
Debbie Schletter, Owner/CFO
I bring over 45 years of finance and management experience to our team. At Marcucci Heating — a family-owned business proudly serving the community for over 65 years — we’re fortunate to have an incredible group of employees and strong, lasting relationships with our contractors and customers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I are also proud to serve as foster parents for San Mateo County.
